How do I Place An Order?

Once you've selected the perfect gift, placing an order is easy. Just click "Add to Cart" and your item is added to your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart lets you make multiple purchases of different flowers and gifts. At this point, you can continue shopping or click "Checkout" to process your shopping cart.

The green navigation tabs and text buttons at the left on every page will send you to the appropriate page or product catalog you select.

Will my bouquet come pre-arranged?

All of our beautiful cut flower bouquets will arrive via FedEx Express in a specially prepared floral container, with a vase if ordered, ready for the recipient to arrange in their own special way. Easy arranging instructions, a photo and any needed materials are included with each order. We also include preservative/nutrient and water clarifier with each bouquet ordered.

How do I select a delivery date?

During the checkout process you may select a delivery date. If this date is left blank, we will fulfill your order as shown on our Shipping Policy page. Impossible delivery dates entered will be changed to the first possible delivery date. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

How do I confirm my order was placed?

After you complete the order form and click "Continue," a page appears with the information you've entered and the details of your order. If the information is accurate, click "Continue Checkout." If changes need to be made, select the appropriate links or move back with your browser buttons. Then make the corrections, re-verify your information, click "Continue Checkout," enter your payment information and then click "Checkout."

Once you submit your order, an instant acknowledgment page is returned that includes your total charges and your order number. Please print the acknowledgment page for your records. You'll receive e-mail from Hawaiian-Tropical-Flowers.com within a few minutes of order placement. This confirms that we have received and accepted your order. This e-mail also contains a link to your tracking information. Invalid email addresses will make it impossible for us to send order details and tracking information.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We will send a confirmation email to the email address you enter on your checkout form. This will include the shipper's tracking number and a quick link to the tracking details page on their website.

How do I cancel an order?

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order up 1 business day prior to the date you selected for shipping, excluding holidays. After this time we will be unable to cancel the order. If you do need to cancel your order, a $15 cancellation fee applies.

Can I change the delivery address?

We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. There is a $15 fee for address changes made after the order has been shipped and before it has been delivered. Please contact us with any changes in delivery information as soon as possible.

Can I change the date of my order's delivery?

If your order has not been shipped we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. Please contact us with the new delivery information as soon as possible, prior to the scheduled shipping date.

Can I return an order?

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to make your order right. Please do not return items as our fresh products are never resold. If there are problems with your order please contact us. Returned items will incur another shipping charge.

Does choosing Overnight Delivery mean my order will arrive tomorrow?

No. Remember to add in the processing time for your items. Once processed, FedEx either takes one or two days to deliver your order depending on delivery location. Also, please keep in mind that orders are not delivered on FedEx holidays or weekends unless Saturday Delivery is available.

What is your substitution policy?

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. If you prefer no substitutions, please enter your request in the Shipping Instructions during checkout.

     Flowers

     In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if      this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.

     For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all heliconia or all ginger, we will make every attempt      to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

     If the floral container ordered is not available, a similar container will be used.

     Plants

     For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.

     For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but      may substitute with another color.

     If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

     Specialty Gifts

     Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar      theme and category.

Do you accept special requests?

Of course! Special request are no problem. Please enquire about the color substitutions or other requests you have by contacting us vai phone, fax or e-mail.

When is my credit card charged?

Hawaiian-Tropical-Flowers.com charges your credit card at the point of sale to ensure that the floral arrangement or specialty gift item you've chosen will be reserved until delivery.

Once you select the "Place Order" button in the check-out process, Hawaiian-Tropical-Flowers.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you'll be notified as part of the checkout process and prompted to use another credit card or re-try your payment.

If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and your credit card will be charged. An invoice will also be e-mail to you immediately.

Are there taxes on my order?

Taxes will be added to all orders being delivered to Hawaii only.
